Educational Qualifications

• First class  MSc. or  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science Engineering/Mathematics Engineering/ Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing & Geo-informatics.
• Must Possess VALID GATE score card (i.e. GATE- 2022 or 2023 or 2024) in the Paper Code – EC/ CS/ GE/ MA, as on the closing date of online application/ registration

Maximum Age: 30 years. ( UR )

Age Relaxation as per rule.

1.) For Central Government Employee: 5 years.

2.)SC /ST /Ex-servicemen: 5 years.

3.) OBC Candidates : 3 years.

4.) PwBD candidates: 10 years.

For UR(unreserved ) & OBC Candidates : 250/-

For SC/ST/PwBD/Female candidates: Nil.

Payment Mode: Online payment mode is via application software only.

Salary:

Level-10 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.56,100 -1,77,500)

On initial appointment, the following pay and allowances are admissible:

(a) Basic Pay – Rs.56,100/-

(b) Special Security Allowance (20% of basic pay)

(c) Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance(HRA), transport allowance, and Government contribution towards NPS, as admissible under the Central Government rules.

In addition to the above, the following facilities/ allowances are also admissible: –

(i) Annual Increment

(ii) Medical facilities for self and dependent family members (CGHS/ AMA)

(iii) LTC facilities (for self and dependent family members)

(iv) Children’s Education Allowance

(v) Government Accommodation (as per entitlement, instead of HRA) – subject to availability etc.

Selection Process :

 Eligible registered candidates will be shortlisted based on valid GATE Score (Not GATE Marks or GATE Ranks) in descending order in each category of the respective subject/ field.

The assessment of the shortlisted candidates will be made based on performance in two stages.

The first stage would be a Written Examination (CBT-based) consisting of Objective/Multiple Choice Questions and the Second Stage would be an Interview.

• A candidate can apply only ONE subject/field, i.e,   Either Electronics & Communications’ or computer Science’ or  Geo-informatics and Remote Sensing’ or  Mathematics.
• The application shall be treated as complete only if all the mandatory steps are completed successfully.
• The applicant can view the Application details from the View/Print Application menu option available in their login, The applicant is required to make sure that his/her ONLINE application form is submitted successfully otherwise his/her application form will be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected.
